The buyer claims the following right from defective performance:
Replacement of the goods, provision of a discount or refund is only possible if the repair is not possible, the defect is recurrent, substantial or if the complaint is not settled within 30 days from the date of its application - in accordance with Section 2169 et seq. of the Civil Code.

1. When claiming liability for defects, the proof of purchase of the goods or the invoice, if issued, or another document proving the purchase of the goods must be attached.
2. When sending the goods, the Buyer is obliged to pack the goods in suitable packaging so as not to damage or destroy them.
3. After submitting the completed claim form, we will contact you within 3 working days with information on how to proceed. We would also like to inform you that the complaint will be settled without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days from the date of receipt of the claimed goods, unless we agree on a longer period. If the complaint is dealt with directly at your premises without physical receipt of the goods, this period will start from the date of receipt of the complaint. We will inform you of the outcome by e-mail or telephone.
4. The buyer will be informed about the settlement of the complaint by e-mail or by phone at the above contact details.
5. In the case of an accepted claim, the seller bears the shipping costs. In the case of an unaccepted claim, the buyer shall pay the shipping costs.
